BILLY J. TURK, 50
Mr. J.W. [Billy] Turk, Jr , age 50 of Paris died in Paris Regional Medical Center on Thursday, February 9, 2012. Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, February 14, at Evergreen Cemetery at 11:00am. The family will receive friends from 7-8pm Monday evening at the Funeral Home. Wood Funeral Homes, Deport have charge of the arrangements.
He was born in Hugo, Oklahoma on February 19, 1961, the son of J.W. Turk and Lorna Trammel. He was a painter and attended the Paris Schools. On January 31, 2012 he celebrated his 4 year Sobriety Anniversary, something he was very proud of. He was preceded in death by a Brother, Terry Turk and a sister, Angie Turk.
He is survived by his mother Lorna Turk of Paris; his father J.W. Turk, Sr. of Paris; brother, Glenn Turk of Paris; long time companion, Barbara Allen of Paris; 2 nieces, Whitney Turk and Tia McDonald; 4 nephews, T.J. Turk, Corey Turk, Kelsey Turk, and Jobie Turk; special friends, Bubba and Elaine Smith of Blossom.
