So sorry for your loss. Although we weren’t immediate family, we were around John at enough gatherings to know what a wonderful person he was. Prayers to your family in this sad time.

  2. Kathy Simmons says:

I meet John while working at the cotton gin in deport. He was a kind and good person. He talked to me alot about some problems he went through which helped ease my mind as one of my family members had the same kind of problems. He was alway caring wanted to know if I needed to talk.

I met his boys and they are stong and proud, just like their dad. I only got to talk to Holly over the phone, but when her daddy needed her, she dropped everything to come to his aid. I believe he raised some wonderful children and my prayers go out to them and all the family. John Allen will be missed in our little community. May peace be with each and everyone who knew him.

We are so very sorry for your loss. We will never forget all the nights that we spent out at Woodall playing baseball during the spring and summers. Those are memories that I will always treasure. John was a very nice man and he loved his boys and Hollie very much. He was proud of all of you. We pray that God will comfort each of you in the minutes and days to come. May God bless each of you during this very difficult time.
