ANN BAMBECK, 70 of Bogata

Mrs.  Ann Ray Bambeck, age 70 of Bogata    and formerly of Anderson County, died suddenly Monday August 14 at her residence.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 3pm Wednesday August 16 in Chambers Day Cemetery in Palestine under direction of Wood Funeral Home of Bogata.

She was born Feb 5, l947 in Anderson County the daughter of Lawrence Ham Ray and Thelma Estelle Delany Ray. She married Kenneth Bambeck Sept 28, l967. She was a retired registered nurse and was formerly director of nurses at nursing homes in Jacksonville and Palestine.

She is survived by    her husband Kenneth Bambeck of Bogata two children, Scott Bambeck and wife Tracy of Bogata, and Amanda Howe and husband Darcy Steven Howe and one grandson Jay Bambeck all of Quitman; granddaughters,  Erica Edwards and Ariel Rachau ; a sister, Lois Williams of Athens; one brother, Joe Bob Ray of Palestine.
