James Russell Frazier, 55 of Grand Saline, died on July 22, 2017 in Texas General Hospital of Grand Saline.  Funeral Services have been scheduled for Wedndesday, July 25, 2017 at 10:00 am at Wood Funeral Homes, Deport.  The family will receive friends beginning at 6:0opm on Tuesday night at the funeral home.

He was born in Neshoba, Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma on October 2, 1961, the son of Eslin Nelson and Lillie Mae Taylor.  He was a mechanic and foreman for K & R for 23 years.  He is survived by his wife of 10 years, Lorraine Johnson Frazier of Grand Saline; children:  Tiffany Stinson of  Kaufman, Josh Dobbins of Hutchins, Stormy Frazier of Deport, ,Destiny Arredondo and husband, Chase of Terrell; and Brittany Lozoya, of Grand Saline; grandchildren:  Juliet, Robert, Ryan, Dylan, Jayden, Kaylee, and Aurora; sisters:  Linda Frazier of Paris and Terry Hood of  Paris; brothers:  Allen Frazier of Paris, Austin Frazier of Paris and Leonard “Buck” Frazier of Deport.

He was preceded in death by his parents, E.N and Lillie Mae Frazier; and these brothers and sisters:  Kenneth Frazier; Virgil Frazier; David Frazier; Darrell Frazier; Brenda Dudley, Sandra Frazier; Lula Frazier and Lillian ‘Lee’ Kincaid.

    I’m so very sorry, I know it wasn’t time for him to go yet, but God needed him yesterday, and my Stormy is going to be so lost without him, he was always there for her and he done his part raising her he was is a good man father and grand dad I’m sure, brother and uncle and child he was such a hard worker, always had a job and his employers loved him, please keep his family all his family in your prayers, James ( Barney) will be missed but never forgotten, we all love you James,,
