Patsy Adams Brazzil, 63 of Pattonville

brazzilPatsy Ruth Adams Brazzil, age 63 of Pattonville, died at her home on February 14, 2014.  Memorial Services are scheduled for Monday, February 17 at 2:00pm at Wood Funeral Homes.  She was born in Clarksville on December 19, 1950 the daughter of Dale and Freeda Miller Adams.  She was retired from Paris Jr. College as a Custodian.  Survivors include her companion, Lloyd Wilson, her daughter, Polly Horton and companion, Byron Fanches; her mother Freeda Lee Adams of Detroit; brothers and sisters, Elizabeth Boulware of Irving, Mary Jim Woods of Emory, Kenneth O. Adams of Sumner, and Dorothy Jean Roberts of Paris; 3 grandchildren:  Christopher Horton, Daniel Smith, and Kayla Owen.

    I am so sorry for everyone’s loss. I had the privilege to work with Patsy for 2 yrs. in housekeeping. She was a very special lady and always sweet with a smile on her face. I hope and pray for everyone that the memories of her keep on forever I know they will in me.

    My heart is breaking for Polly, Freeda and the entire family! I am so saddened that none of our family can be there for Patsy’s memorial service. Please know that we loved her as we do you all!     I am so sorry to hear about Patsy. She was a wonderful person and I just thought the world of her here at PJC. We have really missed her after her retirement and just saw her last month regarding her insurance. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.

      I am so sorry for the loss of my best friend/buddy..she will be dearly missed..I really loved this woman as a mom to me..she was a great person ..and she loved the lord..I worked with patsy for 6 yes at Pjc..she taught me a lot…See you in heaven dear friend/buddy…

    I’m so sorry to hear about the death of Patsy. My condolences to her family. I had the privilege of knowing her at PJC… she taught me one ASL sign a day… my favorite sign was “happy”… and seeing her made me want to sign “happy”! She had a wonderful sense of humor and will be missed by many.

    I teach for Paris Junior College. Patsy sometimes worked in the building where I office and teach. She was always a delight to encounter. She shall be missed.
