  3. Audrey (Nance) Scott says:

I am truly sorry to hear of Frances’ death. She was one SPECIAL LADY–so loving and caring and always had a smile. I had known her for many many years and almost felt like we were ‘kin’ as one of her cousins was married to an uncle of mine. To the family I would like to say you have my sympathy and I pray that you will find peace in knowing you have many beautiful memories – cherish those memories and the fact that you had her for those wonderful 96 years. My prayers are with each of you.
    In Christian Love,
    Audrey (Nance) Scott

There are no words I can say to ease the pain you are experiencing at this time.Sometimes the hardest thing to do is to ‘just go on.’ Cry when you need to and rejoice when you remember all the happy times. 6. Cathy Jo Procter says:

My deepest condolences to the Rozell family. I also experienced a great loss on this same day, My father- Quinn “Ed” Procter, passed away this very day too. I was grieving over the loss of my dad and was unaware of the loss of this blessed lady. As with my father, I truly believe she is now in a much better place, and if she too was suffering from pain, she will be in pain NO MORE. Bless you all, and my deepest sympathy as well. Cathy Jo
